About the role
A large biotechnology company in Port Colborne is hiring for this role. You will keep plant machinery, equipment and systems reliable so the plant is ready to produce. The role covers hands-on maintenance work across the whole plant, along with the records and parts support that go with it.
What you'll do
- Maintain, repair and install plant machinery, equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production ready to run.
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures in every task.
- Keep maintenance records up to date and support parts needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial plant equipment.
- Millwright-level mechanical and troubleshooting skills across a range of machinery.
- A safety-first approach and consistent housekeeping habits.
- Care in keeping accurate maintenance records.
- Interest in improving how the plant runs.
