You will oversee a portfolio of plasma donation centres, owning operational performance, compliance and facility standards across the sites. The role exists to keep centres audit-ready and to build the management bench beneath them.
What you'll do
- Oversee a portfolio of plasma donation centres and drive operational performance
- Lead process improvement across the centres
- Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Uphold facility standards at every site
- Partner with centre leaders and corporate teams to resolve issues, develop management talent, and support recruitment, training and employee-related matters
