About the role
A large pharmaceutical manufacturing company in San Diego is hiring for this role. You will lead site-wide continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations, with the aim of improving efficiency, quality, cost, throughput and process stability.
What you'll do
- Lead site-wide continuous improvement and process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven methods
- Coach cross-functional teams on improvement practices
- Establish performance measures and governance
- Develop improvement roadmaps and ROI justifications
- Report results to senior leadership
What you bring
- Hands-on experience applying Lean and Six Sigma
- A data-driven approach to process optimization
- Experience across manufacturing and business operations
- The ability to coach and influence cross-functional teams
- Comfort presenting results and business cases to senior leadership
