About the role
A large food and beverage manufacturing company in Delta is hiring for this role. You will supervise daily production operations and make sure safety, quality, sanitation, productivity, staffing and production targets are met. The role exists to keep the plant running to plan while developing the people who run it.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily production operations to meet production targets
- Keep safety, quality and sanitation standards on track
- Lead and develop employees and manage staffing needs
- Investigate and correct operational issues
- Support continuous improvement and budget plans
What you bring
- Experience supervising production operations, ideally in a food or beverage setting
- Ability to lead and develop a production team
- Working knowledge of safety, quality and sanitation requirements
- Commitment to complying with company procedures and applicable regulations
- A problem-solving approach to operational issues
