About the role
A small facilities services company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will own day-to-day field operations for cleaning teams across client sites, from hiring through quality control. You will also keep company leadership informed on how operations are running.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, schedule and train cleaning employees across client sites
- Support cleaning staff in the field day to day
- Conduct quality inspections at client sites
- Resolve client and employee concerns
- Coordinate supplies and equipment for each site
- Maintain operational records and report to company leadership
What you bring
- Experience managing field-based operations or service teams
- Comfort handling scheduling, hiring and training for a distributed workforce
- Skill in resolving concerns from both clients and employees
- Organized record keeping and clear reporting to leadership
