- Resolve issues in a timely way and escalate exceptions
- Monitor team productivity and staffing levels
- Coach employees and support management with operational and project-related work
What you bring
- Experience in loan operations or corporate credit administration
- Experience supervising or leading an operations team
- A firm grasp of operational controls and compliance with facility terms
- Coaching skills and sound judgment on when to escalate
