About the role
A large banking company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will lead a team of Community Leads and own workplace operations across multiple locations, from service delivery and space capacity to the employee experience. The role is a 12-month contract.
What you'll do
- Lead and support a team of Community Leads
- Oversee workplace operations, service delivery and space capacity across multiple locations
- Drive employee experience, engagement and operational improvements
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, escalations, budgets and reporting
- Keep operations in line with business continuity, health and safety, and risk requirements
What you bring
- Experience leading a team in workplace operations or a similar function
- Skill managing vendors and stakeholders and resolving escalations
- Comfort owning budgets and reporting
- Working knowledge of business continuity, health and safety, and risk compliance
- A focus on employee experience and continuous improvement
