About the role
A large automation machinery manufacturing company in Victoria is hiring for this role. You will own material flow so that production gets what it needs on time, managing replenishment, purchase orders and supplier commitments. The role exists to prevent shortages and keep supply running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Manage material replenishment and purchase orders
- Act on MRP signals to keep supply aligned with production needs
- Track inventory and supplier commitments to prevent shortages
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issues
- Monitor supply chain performance and use operational and inventory data to improve material flow
What you bring
- Experience managing material replenishment and purchase orders
- Working knowledge of MRP signals and inventory control
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Comfort using operational and inventory data to solve problems
