About the role
A mid-sized IT services and IT consulting company in Montreal is hiring for this role. You will support the finance team's planning cycle, from monthly forecasts to the annual budget, and help make the reporting behind those numbers more accurate. The role also covers recurring revenue forecasting and headcount tracking.
What you'll do
- Support monthly forecasts and annual budget development
- Analyze expenses and track headcount
- Build and maintain recurring revenue forecasts
- Complete financial analysis and reconciliations to improve reporting accuracy
- Align metrics and document processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to keep reporting consistent
What you bring
- Experience in FP&A or financial reporting, including forecasting and budgeting
- Skill in expense analysis and reconciliations
- Comfort with recurring revenue and headcount reporting
- The ability to document processes clearly
- A collaborative approach with teams outside finance
